SInC was conceived as the flagship development of the 'Sussex Academic Corridor' (SAC) and is now wholey owned by the University of Sussex. A unique collaboration between the public, academic and business sectors, we are committed to harnessing the economic potential of the extensive education and research resources available in the Sussex area. Facilities are tailored towards technology-based, high growth enterprises with tenant companies and business start-ups benefitting from excellent communication systems, cost effective fixed line Internet access and conference and meeting room facilities.
